Why leaving it too long costs you more
It is not mainly about the 10%. It is about what happens when a groom gets delayed.
A curly-coated dog left eight weeks instead of four does not need a longer haircut. It needs a shave, because the mats have tightened against the skin and combing them out would hurt. Owners are upset when it happens, and it is nearly always avoidable.
The same is true of long-haired cats, where matting becomes genuinely painful, and of nails, which change how a dog walks if they get too long.
A plan means it does not get to that point.

Pet grooming plan questions
Am I tied in?
No. There is no contract and no minimum term. Pause or cancel any time, as long as you tell us 24 hours before your next slot.
How do I pay?
Per visit, exactly as you would without a plan. Card or cash at the van. The 10% comes off each time.
What if I travel for the summer?
Pause the plan and pick it back up when you return. We hold your slot for you wherever we can.
Can I change how often?
Yes, any time. Plenty of owners start on eight weeks and move to six when the summer shedding begins, or the other way round.
Does it work for more than one pet?
Yes, and it works out cheaper per pet. Multiple pets on a plan, groomed in one visit, get the plan discount plus the multi-pet discount.
What if my pet needs a groom between visits?
Book it as a normal appointment. Plan customers get priority on short-notice slots.
