This is our office, not a walk-in salon. All grooming happens in our vans, at your home.
What to tell us when you message
Five things get you a price and a slot straight away: the animal and the breed, roughly what size, your community or building, whether your pet has been groomed before, and whether it is nervous. If it is, we will book extra time at no extra cost.
Questions we get asked most
Do you charge a call-out fee or a travel charge?
No. Never. The price on our price list is the price you pay, anywhere in Dubai. Most mobile groomers hide the travel cost inside a higher price or add it at the end. We do not.
How much does it actually cost?
A Basic Groom starts at AED 170 and a Full Groom starts at AED 245. Cats start at AED 190. The final price depends on your pet's size and the condition of the coat, and we will confirm it on WhatsApp before we book, not after we arrive. Our full price list is on this website. Most groomers in Dubai will not give you a price until you message them.
Where does the grooming actually happen?
Inside our van, parked outside your home. The van is fully fitted with a bath, dryer, grooming table and its own water and power supply, and it is air-conditioned throughout. Your pet is never taken away from your building.
How long does it take?
A Basic Groom takes about 45 to 60 minutes. A Full Groom takes 60 to 90 minutes depending on coat length and how relaxed your pet is. We never rush a nervous animal.
Is my pet alone with the groomer?
Yes, and that is deliberate. One pet, one groomer, one session. Your pet never shares the space with another animal, never sits in a cage waiting, and never hears other dogs barking. This is the single biggest difference between a mobile groom and a salon.
Do you sedate animals?
No, never. We are not permitted to, and we would not want to. If a pet is too distressed to continue, we stop, and we will talk to you about building up to it over several shorter visits instead.
My dog has never been groomed and is nervous. Can you help?
Yes, and this is one of the things we do best. Tell us in advance and we will book extra time. For a very anxious pet we often start with a short, gentle introduction session rather than a full groom, so the first experience is a good one.
Do you groom cats?
Yes, and we groom a lot of them. Cats start at AED 190. Cat grooming needs a different approach from dogs, particularly for long-haired breeds like Persians and Maine Coons that mat close to the skin. We will never force a cat that is genuinely distressed.
How often should my pet be groomed?
It depends on the coat, not the calendar. Short-coated dogs are usually fine every six to eight weeks. Poodles, doodles and other curly-coated dogs mat quickly in the Dubai humidity and usually need a groom every four weeks. Long-haired cats need regular attention or the mats become painful. Ask us and we will give you an honest answer for your specific pet, even if it means seeing you less often.
Can I book a regular slot?
Yes, and you should. Our grooming plans give you 10% off every groom and a fixed slot that we hold for you. You pay less per groom, and you never have to remember to book.
